SHIPPING POLICY:
We only ship to the continental United States.
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS. Most orders should arrive on your doorstep 2-7 business days after we receive your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
There are some special exceptions:
The majority of orders placed on weekends are processed and shipped on the following Monday.

RETURN POLICY:
- You must request a return authorization (RA) prior to returning any merchandise. Please state your reason for the return.
- Merchandise should be returned in the original packaging and condition.
- All claims for breakage or shortage must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of order.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our error.
- Cost of merchandise plus any applicable taxes only will be credited to your credit card after we receive and inspect the return.
- No returns accepted C.O.D.
FREIGHT ALLOWANCES:
- Invoices MUST BE PAID IN 10 DAYS (to receive allowance). C.O.D. and Credit Card Orders (when applicable) receive freight allowances automatically.
- No allowances on deliveries made by our trucks.
- Allowances apply only to freight charges paid by customer.
- C.O.D. fee not included for freight allowance. UPS charges $10.00 per carton for C.O.D. orders. UPS does not accept cash for C.O.D. orders
- In no event can deduction exceed actual amount of freight bill.
When freight bill is LESS than freight allowance:
- just the amount of freight charges may be deducted.
When freight bill is MORE than freight allowance:
- just the amount of freight allowance may be deducted.

| $300.00 - $399.00 | 4% of order total |
| $400.00 and over | 5% of order total |
Freight Allowance Example: $400.00 order receives a $20.00 Freight Allowance ($400.00 x 5%) towards the freight charges. Your freight in this example is Zero if the actual freight charges are $20.00 or less. There are NO handling fees.
